| 岗位职责 | · The position is to take charge of overall Lean TPM activity in brewery in SC China. As Lean TPM champion, Lean TPM manager work together with site head, to translate Lean TPM strategy from Supply Company & China SC into local objectives and action plan in according to priority of SC China / brewery. Driving continuous improvement activity toward to SC objective of low cost brewer. · Develop the factory Continuous Improvement implementation master plan and deployment plans, which are aligned with factory strategies. · Oversee the deployment of Lean TPM activities in the factory against the Goals or plans. · Identify and, with the factory management team and the HQ Lean TPM, remove barriers to deployment. · Work with teams in factory to identify cost improvement opportunities. · Lead the process for proper selection prioritization of high-value projects. · Provide mentorship, management, and performance review for Lean TPM activities’ teams. · Provide effective communication to keep factory informed of the progress. · Ensure Best Practices to be shared through the factory. · Track, validate, and present the factory results to factory management and Regional. · Drive for the factory total engagement, not compliance. · Budget control and consultant management. |
