岗位职责 | •1) Understand the beer market (consumer, customer and competition) and develop insights for actions • 2) Activation Strategy & Plan - co-develop activation strategy and plan that based on consumer insights and relevant learning. - develop initiatives consistent with brand strategy & address brand issues & opportunities. - ensure consistency between communication & execution of initiatives/ - develop and coordinate process with tools to ensure efficient collaboration among internal and external parties & stakeholders - source, debrief and track efficient and effective execution agency. • 3) Execution • a) Music Events - manage venue searching, planning & coordination - debrief & manage agency on venue designs and implementation to foster consumer experience. - source, identify and manage relevant sponsors/partners for the music events. - develop business case to justify the event investment. - evaluate its impact on consumer experience and brand for further improvement • b) Communication & Promotion Programs |

任职要求 | • Experience and skills: - Education : Bachelor and above; Major: Marketing / Business / Management - 10 years+ Marketing experiences in FMCG companies - Excellent Project Management and Communication skills with multiple stakeholders - Excellent Strategic thinking and Analytical skills - Good Presentation skills - Good Numerical and Statistical skills - Good Interpersonal skills - Excellent Computer skills on MS Office • Personal Attributes: - Proactive - Commercial sense - Highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented - Quick response - Outgoing, comfortable in beer drinking environment - Cross-culturally sensitive - Strong team player |
