| 岗位职责 | Job Responsibilities 1. Project management Manage and execute new Capex or upgrading project with good manner, including cost, planning, quality and technical goal achieved. 2. Project procedure Ensure the project design or engineering activities comply with company procedures and project specifications. 3. Planning Prepare, review and update Project Execute Plan and relevant Project document. Ensure all the project engineering /design activities comply with PEP. 4. Process improvement Coordinate equipment development activity with process improvement team, Ensure device, equipment, facility and control contribution to process development. 5. Performance review Review regularly the performance of project team, prepare and approve external or internal project report prior to release. 6. Risk control Develop options and strategies to mitigate risk. Documents these risks and mitigating strategies and publishes them to project team members and project sponsor. 7. Communications Keep good Coordination and Communication with end users, contractors and relevant parties, especially with top management. 8. Contract management Monitor the signed contract and ensure all project activities are executed with guiding of contract and assist purchasing department 100% finishing the jobs. 9. Document management Ensure all equipment has specification and standard requirement before purchasing and all documents are archived and control after project finished. 10. Leadership Lead, organize and motivate project team to finish projects with high quality, on schedule, within budget. 11. Lean-WAM application for early equipment Monitor equipment and facility with Lean-WCM concept during design, purchase and fabrication. |

| 任职要求 | Requirements 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical or relevant. 2. At least five years experience in project management, equipment design, fabrication, installation and electrical assembly. Maintenance experience is preferred. 3. Strong analyzing and solving ability for all issues during project, expertise in project management methodology. 4. Capability of 2D/3D drawings, AutoCAD, Pro-E etc. is preferred. 5. Good communication and skills with both organiztion internal and suppliers. |
