| 岗位职责 | 1. Leading supervisors and line leaders to reach the key performances of production departments, such as the output, efficiency, quality, cost and customer service； 2. Coaching, training and motivating the team members in production departments for the competitiveness on the business； 3. Leading the projects on the improvement of quality, cost, service and employee’s satisfaction； 4. Sustaining a safety working environment； 5. Co-working with other function departments to achieve the overall business performance of the company； 6. Sustaining reasonable turnover rate of direct workers. |

| 任职要求 | 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or related； 2. 5+ years working experience in production or engineering； 3. Good improvement and KIZ project experience, good sense of cost improvement； 4. Can work under high pressure and lead the team to success； 5. Good communication skills, both in English& Chinese； 6. Experience of been leading a group of supervisors or engineers or managers； 7. Strong mind on continuous improvement and serving people. |
