职位介绍	岗位职责： 1、Identify and fill the vacancies in SEGX of high caliber, to support SEGX management team to achieve its 3-year strategy 确认并填补高级岗位空缺，以支持公司管理层3年战略目标的达成 2、Prepare and implement long/short term recruitment plans (incl. contingency plan), align with recruitment strategy 结合招聘战略目标，制定并执行公司短期和长期招聘计划（包括应急招聘方案） 3、resources analysis of external labor market in China and specifically in Guangxi 对中国劳动力市场尤其是广西劳动力市场资源进行分析 4、develop effective and cost efficient recruiting channels 开发行之有效、低成本的招聘渠道 5、organize labor market activities 组织人才招聘活动 6、Updates of recruitment & selection process’ governance model 更新招聘筛选管理流程 7、user application development of e-recruitment tool 作为用户对e-recruitment 工具进行应用开发任职资格： 1、Candidate should know China well from having lived and worked extensively within it 欢迎在中国居住并有丰富工作经验，了解中国国情的候选人 2、must have a minimum of 5 years recruitment experience in an international business environment in China 需具备至少5年以上中国跨国公司招聘负责人经验 3、Bachelor degree or equivalent is a must.
